KIND WORDS BY LOVELY WOMEN

"A belated thank you to you following the birth of my daughter six weeks ago. I attended many of your prenatal yoga classes in the lead up to my labour. I ended up being 2 weeks over and was induced however the strategies and breath work you taught came into their own for the labour and I’m proud to say I didn’t have any drugs for the 9+ hour experience.
It’s amazing how breath can calm your body so you can ride out the pain. I found that intense focus was the key and if I lost that the pain took control of me instead of the other way around.
I was on the most amazing high at the end of it all – I had a beautiful healthy girl looking up at me, there was no more pain and I had done it without any drugs.
Feel like I can do anything now!!
So thanks for doing what you do and the way you teach – it’s so refreshing, practical, beautiful, calming, reassuring and empowering! Thank you so very much."
