Fluid Grace -Womanly Yoga

In these insightful and inspiring sessions, we journey into the subtle suite of practices that will have you lovingly create a new relationship with the connective tissue and energetic centres that inform your sense of feeling safe, grounded, confident and a potent, creative force within your personal realm.

These sessions will give you practical ways to -

  • profoundly nourish and regulate your nervous system - down-regulate your stress response from alert vigilance; or up-regulate from exhausted overload into a place of calm, centred and assertive awareness;

  • build energetic and emotional reserves; 

  • stimulate circulation and lymphatic drainage - so important for resolving inflammation; 

  • sooth the tired mind and frayed nerves; 

  • nourish your digestion to boost immunity and production of that all-important happy hormone serotonin; 

  • improve sleep; 

  • cultivate balance in strength and flexibility: 

  • regulate your metabolism and

  • cultivate life-long pelvic floor integrity.

 

We open and close with deep restoration and nourishment. Then explore practices to guide your through your own seasonal shifts - acupressure, guided relaxation interwoven with uplifting imagery; a place to move, breathe and re-engage with your own internal rhythms. This all adds up to being an exquisite womanly practice that will have you feeling thoroughly understood and lovingly supported.

Fluid Grace

Is being in intimate conversation with the ineffable experience of living in your womanly body. It’s intentionally slower, softer than what you might be used to. That's because we will be communicating with your nervous system - you will be gently held and guided through practices that will intentionally encourage you to feel inward. 

It’s all about lush and lovely practices to build strength, sustain flexibility and truly appreciate your gorgeous womanly self. Experience practical ways to profoundly nourish your nervous system; cultivate calm and raise your spirits so you are better able to enjoy time in your own skin and with your loved ones.

My particular areas of focus are in offering sincere guidance in emotional and energetic wellbeing; profound nervous system nourishment and supporting life-long pelvic floor integrity.

 

Join me online every Friday for six weeks for a luxe and lovely 1.5 hours of Fluid Grace - Womanly Yoga. Let's collectively raise our vibe. It won't be like sitting in a class together, however we will be moving and breathing In Unison. We'll move and breathe into a place of deep restorative healing together. We’ll explore real world ways to regulate our nervous systems. And from a place of self regulation, we will become the anchor for healthy and healing co-regulation with those whom we love.
