In these insightful and inspiring sessions, we journey into the subtle suite of practices that will have you lovingly create a new relationship with the connective tissue and energetic centres that inform your sense of feeling safe, grounded, confident and a potent, creative force within your personal realm.

Exquisitely Womanly Yoga

We open and close with deep restoration and nourishment. In the space in between, we'll explore practices to guide you through your own seasonal shifts - acupressure, guided relaxation interwoven with uplifting imagery; a place to move, breathe and re-engage with your own internal rhythms. This all adds up to being an exquisite womanly practice that will have you feeling thoroughly understood and lovingly supported.

Bringing Fluid Grace is a series of interwoven practices. Movement, breathe, acupressure meditation come together as a unified whole, with a clear path for you to adapt your practices in honour of the ebb and flow of your internal rhythms and seasons. 


Intimate breathing techniques, integrated with rhythmic movement and exquisitely languid pacing are woven together to progressively draw you into the dreamy altered state of consciousness, for your own place of velvety-soft nervous system healing.

A real-world practice 

Fluid Grace is a warm and practical way to -

  • profoundly nourish and regulate your nervous system - down-regulate your stress response from alert vigilance; or up-regulate from exhausted overload into a place of calm, centred and assertive awareness;

  • build energetic and emotional reserves; 

  • stimulate circulation and lymphatic drainage - so important for supporting immune function and resolving inflammation; 

  • sooth the tired mind and frayed nerves;
