  • Pelvic Floor Rx Online

    6 Week Course Includes: 1 hour zoom sessions - Friday mornings 10:00-11:00. Weekly Q&A sessions - Friday afternoons 1:00-2:00. Six months access - all zoom sessions will be recorded and loaded to our Private Facebook Group. The Pelvic Floor Rx = Guidebook 1 hour session with Nina.
