Monthly Active Birth :: Prenatal Yoga for Partners ~ these sessions offer a wonderful opportunity to practice prenatal yoga with your partner, mum, best friend, or birth assistant. Experience with your partner the many ways yoga stretches and breathing practices will assist to bring you comfort during pregnancy and prepare you for childbirth. BirthSkills :: childbirth preparation program for calm, confident, welcoming birth ~ in an informal workshop setting we’ll demystify the process of birth; share strategies to create a calm atmosphere during labour and work through active birth techniques. Using deep relaxation techniques, you’ll learn to cultivate trust in your birth process and reconnect with the wisdom inherent in your pregnant body.
